Organosilicone modification epoxy asphalt and mixture
The invention discloses organosilicone modification epoxy asphalt. The organosilicone modification epoxy asphalt comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises, by mass, 100 parts of mixtures of organosilicone resin and epoxy resin and 5 parts to 10 parts of organosilicone coupling agents, wherein the mass ratio of the organosilicone resin to the epoxy resin is 10-15 to 85-90. The component B comprises, by mass, 45 parts to 135 parts of curing agents, 4.5 parts to 13.5 parts of diluents, 0 part to 0.02 part of accelerants and 100 parts to 150 parts of asphalt. On the basis of the steps, mineral materials are mixed into the prepared organosilicone modification epoxy asphalt, stirring is carried out at 100 DEG C to 150 DEG C, and an organosilicone modification epoxy asphalt mixture is obtained. The invention further discloses a method for preparing the organosilicone modification epoxy asphalt mixture and application of the organosilicone modification epoxy asphalt mixture to steel bridge and cement concrete bridge deck pavement, asphalt road surface pavement and repairing and special sections such as intersections and parking stations.
