Polyurea modified epoxy asphalt and mixture
Polyurea modified epoxy asphalt comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises 100 parts of the mixture of polyurea modified epoxy resin. The polyurea modified epoxy resin is composed of polyurea prepolymer and epoxy resin, and the mass ratio of the polyurea prepolymer to the epoxy resin is 1-1.5:1-2. The component B is composed of, by mass, 20-90 parts of curing agents, 0-0.02 part of accelerant and 40-75 parts of asphalt. On the basis of preparing the polyurea modified epoxy asphalt, the polyurea modified epoxy asphalt is added to mineral aggregate to be blended and stirred at the temperature of 60 DEG C to 150 DEG C, and a polyurea modified epoxy asphalt mixture is obtained. The polyurea modified epoxy asphalt mixture is suitable for steel deck pavement, cement concrete bridge deck pavement, bituminous pavement paving and repairing, intersections, stops and other special sections.
