The invention discloses an inflatable telescoping rail, and belongs to the field of traffic rail equipment. The rail is made of relatively flexible materials, and the rail is switched on/off through a horizontal telescoping manner instead of a rising and falling manner, so that people can feel safer. The rail comprises an air pump, an air pipe and a valve. The right end of the valve is connected to the thicker end of a corrugated rubber pipe. The middle and right parts of the corrugated rubber pipe sequentially become thinner than the thicker end. The thicker end of the corrugated rubber pipe is disposed inside a sleeve whose left end is provided with a bottom and a center hole. A support rod used for supporting the sleeve is arranged below the sleeve.
