The invention relates to an electronic warning guardrail comprising a plurality of support rods. A support seat is installed at the bottom of each support rod; and buckling belts are arranged on the support rods at intervals. LED warning lamps are installed between two buckling belts, at the same horizontal line, of each two adjacent support rods in a hanging mode. The support rods are hollow rod bodies. Power supplies are installed at positions, connecting the support seat, inside the support rods; through holes are formed in the support rods; and the LED warning lamps are connected with the power supplies through the through holes. According to the invention, on the existing structure, the LED warning lamps and power supply assemblies are arranged additionally, so that the support rods have obvious indication effects; with the balance weights of the support rods and usage of annular belts, daily usage and maintenance of the electronic warning guardrail become convenient. The guardrail can be installed simply and conveniently; the identification rate is high; and the guardrail safety is substantially improved.
