The invention discloses an environmental protection spraying device capable of preventing building slag transport vehicle from raising dust. The environmental protection spraying device comprises a water pump and a water-supply-pipe which is communicated with the water outlet terminal of the water pump and is provided with a spray head, the position, of the ground, corresponding to the spray head is provided with a pressure induction device, the pressure induction device is electrically connected with the water pump, and the water inlet terminal of the water pump is communicated with a water reservoir. The environmental protection spraying device capable of preventing building slag transport vehicle from raising dust is advantaged in that construction site transport vehicles can be prevented from polluting the road, the spraying device is high in automation degree, and a large amount of water can be saved.
