The invention discloses a prestress frame continuous wall and a construction method thereof; the structure comprises multiple frame wall units (5) connected end to end in parallel, and steel strands (6), wherein post-cast strips (7) are arranged in all the frame wall units (5); two ejection steel plates (8) are respectively arranged at the two sides of each post-cast strip (7); the two ends of each post-cast segment (10) of the steel strands (6) are anchored with the two ejection steel plates (8) at the two sides of the corresponding post-cast strip (7); the construction method comprises the following key steps: jacks are mounted between the two ejection steel plates (8) of each post-cast strip (7) for ejecting the two ejection steel plates (8); then, the jacks are relieved the pressure for disassembly; wall concrete at the two sides of each post-cast strip (7) can be returned and deformed to the direction of the post-cast strips (7) to generate reactive force; the reactive force acts on the wall concrete to supply the constraint; and the device and the method can effectively improve the shear capacity of middle elevation areas.
