The invention discloses a square stirring and drilling machine. According to an implementation method, during the operation of the square stirring and drilling machine, a secondary drilling rod and a drilling head are driven by a driving machine to rotate through a gear box; meanwhile, high-pressure water is injected by a water filling device, and the drilling head is used for cutting soil and stirring the cut soil and water into slurry; a left first oblate part and a right second oblate part are driven by the driving machine to synchronously rotate through the gear box, and a square frame body is driven to move up and down by using a first sliding shaft and a second sliding shaft as guides through a first push rod and a second push rod; during movements, the soil is cut by cutting teeth at the lower part of the square frame body, the soil between the square frame body and the drilling head is stirred into the slurry by the cutting teeth in four inner corners of the square frame body; and when a main drilling rod is pressurized to move downwards, the slurry flows out of a square hole so as to form the square hole.
