The invention discloses a hydraulic engineering retaining wall. The hydraulic engineering retaining wall comprises an L-shaped reinforced concrete foundation, and further comprises first, second and third trapezoidal bases, wherein the first and second trapezoidal bases and the side surface of the L-shaped reinforced concrete foundation are connected through first high-strength bolts; all the bases and the bottom surface of the L-shaped reinforced concrete foundation are respectively connected through second, third and fourth high-strength bolts; and the three bases are connected through convex-concave structures. Meanwhile, the first, second and third trapezoidal bases are all reinforced concrete and cobblestone mixed structures; and the surface of each base is provided with a layer of corrosion resistant glass steel bodies. The hydraulic engineering retaining wall is mounted by a combined structure, and all combined blocks are sliced and engaged by the convex-concave structures, so that the structure is firm, and the maintenance is convenient; and as the corrosion resistant glass steel bodies are arranged on the surfaces, the corrosion resistance is greatly enhanced.
