The invention discloses a thin-wall steel top and beam top beam connecting piece and a connecting structure. The thin-wall steel top and beam top beam connecting piece comprises inward flanging C-shaped steel, a top beam connecting piece and binding steel bands. The upper and lower binding faces of the top beam connecting piece are sleeved with the upper inward flanging C-shaped steel and the lower inward flanging C-shaped steel respectively. An inward flanging is arranged in a receding groove in a matched and sleeved mode. A rear pressing groove is arranged inside a stamped or punched positioning groove in a matched and sleeved mode.
