The invention relates to a multifunctional environment-friendly solar roof device. The multifunctional environment-friendly solar roof device comprises a solar power generation unit system, a rainwater collecting device and a distributing and greening belt. The solar power generation unit system comprises a peripheral solar battery pack, an inner solar battery pack and a support, and the two battery packs are spaced by a rainwater collecting groove. The rainwater collecting device comprises the groove, rainwater ports and downpipes. The upper portion of each rainwater port is connected with the annular groove. The lower portion of each rainwater port is connected with the corresponding vertical downpipe provided with a grid. The distributing and greening belt comprises distributing ports, a breeding groove and foot stools, wherein the root portions of the foot stools are arranged in the breeding groove below the rainwater ports. The whole multifunctional environment-friendly solar roof device has the functions that the two solar-panel power generation systems can automatically complete roof solar power generation; the rainwater collection area of the roof is increased through the special structure, and initial rainwater distribution is completed; thirdly, distributed initial rainwater can be used for watering plants in the air, and efficient utilization of the initial rainwater is achieved.
