The invention discloses a movable scaffold and a construction process for pouring a frame building through the movable scaffold. The movable scaffold comprises a plurality of rows of longitudinal vertical pipes and horizontal transverse pipes. The transverse pipes and the vertical pipes are connected with each other at the joints to form a cuboid. The lower end of each vertical pipe is provided with a slide device. The two ends of each transverse pipe and the upper end of each vertical pipe are each provided with a telescopic connecting device. A supporting plate is arranged at the upper portion of each telescopic connecting device. The construction process of the frame building includes the following steps of pouring a shear wall and a ground at the bottom, installing a reinforcement cage on the shear wall, erecting the scaffold, erecting a formwork, pouring concrete, detaching the formwork, and transferring the scaffold to the next construction section through a traction device. The movable scaffold can be repeatedly applied at different construction sections of a box type structure after being installed once, and the transverse or longitudinal size of the scaffold can be changed according to field needs.
