The invention provides an anti-theft composite lock and solves the problems that conventional anti-theft locks tend to be picked and the anti-theft effect is poor. The anti-theft composite lock has the advantages that an outer lock and an inner lock can separately drive a shifting block to rotate without influencing each other. In case of burglary and lock picking, after the outer lock is picked, an inner transmission rod can be ejected by a first elastic element and a safety pin can be clamped in a safety hole under the effect of a second elastic element, so that the shifting block and the inner lock stick to prevent lock picking and the anti-theft effect is better.
