Inclined tongue reserving mechanism and intelligent door lock with inclined tongue reserving mechanism
The invention provides an inclined tongue reserving mechanism. The mechanism comprises a fixed block, a reserving block, a guide pin, a reserving spring, a guide spring, an inclined tongue and a fixed shaft. The fixed block comprises an end wall and two side walls, and assembling space is formed between the side walls; a guide shaft hole is formed on the end wall, and guide grooves are formed on the two side walls; guide protruding blocks are formed on the periphery of the reversing block, a spring hole is formed at one end of the reserving block, and a reserving protruding block is arranged at the other end of the reserving block in a protruding stretching manner; the reserving block is mounted in the assembling space, and the guide protruding blocks on the two sides are mounted in the guide grooves in a sliding manner; the guide pin comprises a pin shaft, a limit ring and a check ring; the pin shaft penetrates the guide shaft hole to stretch into the assembling space and is arranged in the reserving spring hole in a sleeved manner, and the limiting ring and the check ring are fixedly arranged on the pin shaft; the pin shaft is sleeved with the reversing spring, and the reserving spring is compressed between the bottom face of the spring hole and the limiting ring; the pin shaft is sleeved with the guide spring, and the guide spring is compressed between the end wall and the check ring; the inclined tongue is rotatably fixed between the two side walls of the fixed block through the fixed shaft, and the reserving protruding block abuts against the inclined tongue. The inclined tongue reserving mechanism is simple in structure and small in air leakage space; and iron chips, wood chips and the like are not likely to infilter in the mechanism, and the service life of a lock is prolonged.
