A threaded shaft is fixed on an output shaft of the motor. A transmission assembly is assembled on the threaded shaft and comprises a lock cylinder flange, a sliding nut, a sliding nut guide rod and a transmission gear. The lock cylinder flange is matched with the threaded shaft through a first rolling bearing. The transmission gear is matched with the threaded shaft through a second rolling bearing. The sliding nut guide rod is transversely placed between the lock cylinder flange and the transmission gear. The sliding nut is arranged on the sliding nut guide rod in a penetrating mode and is in threaded connection with the threaded shaft. A flange bump is arranged on the inner side of the lock cylinder flange, a gear bump is arranged on the inner side of the transmission gear, and limiting bumps are arranged on the two sides of the sliding nut respectively. The motor is sleeved with a rotating handle. Gear teeth are arranged on the inner side of the rotating handle and are in transmission fit with the transmission gear through a gear shaft.
