The invention discloses a wind resisting window shade with a positioning control system. The wind resisting window shade comprises cord fabric, a window cover and a reel pipe assembly and further comprises an induction control structure. When the cord fabric is folded, the induction control structure enables a tubular motor to stop running after inducting a stopping end induction piece. When the cord fabric is unfolded, the induction control structure enables the tubular motor to stop running after inducting a starting end induction piece. By means of the starting end induction piece, the stopping end induction piece and the induction control structure, unfolding and folding of the cord fabric are not affected by the winding tightness change of the cord fabric on a reel pipe, and the walking precision is higher, wherein the starting end induction piece and the stopping end induction piece are arranged on the cord fabric.
