The grouting material comprises cement, an expanding agent, mineral powder, a water reducing agent, a retarding agent, a rust inhibitor, a preservative, carboxymethyl cellulose and a defoaming agent, etc. The water-glue ratio is 0.28, cement mortar mixer slow speed stirring is employed, and then 1000r/min rapid stirring is carried out so as to obtain the product. The grouting material provided by the invention has the characteristics of good slurry flow performance, no layering, no water bleeding, fullness, no shrinkage after hardening, and high strength, is conducive to protecting prestressed reinforcement from being rusted and prolonging the service life of a prestressed bridge structure, is especially suitable for post-tensioned prestressed duct grouting in the northwest and coastal areas, and has anticorrosion and rust resistant functions.
