The invention discloses a low water absorption aerated concrete block and preparation method therefor, wherein the low water absorption aerated concrete block comprises the raw materials in part by weight: 100-120 parts of dune sands, 20-30 parts of ceramic polishing residue, 35-45 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 8-10 parts of poultry bone, 4-6 parts of scrap tire rubber powder, 3-5 parts of white mud in papermaking, 4-6 parts of activated sludge powder, 3-4 parts of silicone microsphere, 2-3 parts of isocyanate, 4-8 parts of epikote, 3-6 parts of aluminite powder, 2-3 parts of N-oleoyl-N-sodium methyl taurate, 1-2 parts of alkyl polyglueoside, 2-4 parts of sodium tall oil pitch sulfonate, 3-5 parts of calcium rosinate, 6-8 parts of additives, and a proper amount of water. The raw materials such as silicone microsphere, scrap tire rubber powder, calcium rosinate added in the invention are used in a complex way, so that water absorption of aerated concrete block may be greatly reduced, the block has supreme waterproof performance and is moisture-resistant, and so anti mould and anti stain performance of the block is relatively strong. In addition, the aerated concrete block further has advantages of being high in compressive strength and flexural strength, long in service life, wide in application range, and bright in market prospect.
