The invention discloses a railing base. The railing base comprises a body, wherein a fixing tube is arranged on the body, a plurality of elastic rings are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the fixing tube, and spring rods are symmetrically arranged on the body. The railing base is reasonable in structure design, a railing can be locked through the elastic rings and the spring rods, all that is required is to directly insert the railing during mounting, and the railing can be locked and fixed; the railing base is convenient and fast to mount, and labor force is saved.
