The invention discloses a splash-proof basin device. The device comprises an installation base, a basin arranged on the upper portion of the installation base, a faucet fixedly installed on the upper portion of the back side of the basin, and a water drainage port formed in the bottom of the basin, wherein air return ports are formed at the same altitude of the upper sides of the four side walls of the basin at equal intervals, and an air return cavity is formed between the portion below the basin and the installation base and is communicated with the air return ports; a draught fan is installed on the lower portion of the back side of the air return cavity and is connected with a rectangular air outlet cover through an air pipe, and the air outlet cover comprises an outer air outlet cover body and an inner air outlet cover body; the center of the air outlet cover is located under a water outlet of the faucet, and flow guide faces are arranged at the positions of air outlets of the outer air outlet cover body and the inner air outlet cover body respectively; a switch is arranged on the right side of the faucet, an electromagnetic valve is installed on a water inlet pipeline of the faucet, and the switch, the draught fan and the electromagnetic valve are all electrically connected with a controller.
