Disclosed is a lighting top combined structure of an integrated suspended ceiling. The integrated ceiling is at least comprised of keels, gusset plates and a lighting top; the lighting top at least comprises four single lighting modules which are identical in structure and which can be assembled into a complete lighting top; each single lighting module is composed of a square panel and a light source module; the front of each lighting panel comprises two wide edges adjacent to each other, two narrow edges adjacent to each other, and a middle partition, wherein the narrow edges serve as joint edges to be assembled to the narrow edges of another single lighting module or the gusset plates; the lighting top further comprises a middle lighting module composed of a square panel and a light source module and a side lighting module; the front of the lighting panel of the middle lighting module comprises four narrow edges and a middle partition, while the front of the lighting panel of the side lighting module comprises three adjacent narrow edges, a wide edge and a middle partition.
