The present invention relates to a thermal insulation wall board, which comprises an external page wall, a foam concrete layer, an internal page wall and a binding member, wherein the foam concrete layer is arranged between the external page wall and the internal page wall, the binding member penetrates through the foam concrete layer, and both ends of the binding member respectively project out of both sides of the foam concrete layer. According to the present invention, the foam concrete layer is arranged between the external page wall and the internal page wall, and the foam concrete layer, the external page wall and the internal page wall are connected by using the binding member, such that the firmness degree of the thermal insulation wall board is improved, the service life is prolonged, and the thermal insulation effect of the wall is improved.
