The invention discloses a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) composite floor board with a waterproof wear-resistant structure. The PVC composite floor board with the waterproof wear-resistant structure comprises a base plate, wherein a waterproof layer and a wear-resistant layer are sequentially arranged at the upper end of the base plate; the upper end surface of the waterproof layer is provided with arc-shaped water grooves at equal intervals; and the wear-resistant layer is attached to the upper end surface of the waterproof layer, so that an arc-shaped water collecting groove is formed in the upper end surface of the wear-resistant layer.
