The invention discloses a wood-plastic floor produced by crop straws and a production method of the wood-plastic floor, and relates to the technical field of production of wood-plastic floors. The base material layer is prepared by the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 38-42% of crop straw powder, 20-23% of hard resin, 10-12% of calcium carbonate, 5-8% of modified bamboo powder, 4-6% of composite adhesives, 3-5% of palm wax, 2-3% of magnesium hydroxide, 0.5-1% of pigment and 8-10% of water. The hard resin wraps the crop straw powder to obtain high-molecular polymers with the straw powder inside; and various auxiliary filling materials and auxiliaries are used together, and the produced wood-plastic floor has high waterproof performance and high fireproof performance, and is high in hardness, low in production cost and high in safety and environmental protection property.
