The invention discloses a flue production process, including the steps of 1, producing flue side plates, to be specific, fixing side strips to two sides of each flue plate on a flue side plate production line, applying glue to fix the side strips, cutting the flue plates to set length, and perforating the flue side plates requiring an auxiliary flue access hole; 2, producing an auxiliary flue, to be specific, fixing auxiliary flue side plates perpendicular to an auxiliary flue top plate to two sides of the auxiliary flue top plate on an auxiliary flue production line, fixing an auxiliary flue bottom plate parallel to the auxiliary flue top plate to the bottoms of the auxiliary flue side plates so as to obtain an auxiliary flue body, cutting the auxiliary flue body into a fixed-length auxiliary flue unit, and fixing a seal plate to one end of the auxiliary flue unit to obtain an auxiliary flue; 3, mounting the auxiliary flue produced in the step 2 onto the flue side plates with respect to the auxiliary flue access hole; 4, assembling the flue side plates into a flue on a flue assembly line, and connecting and fixing the flue side plates.
