The invention discloses an automatic wardrobe which comprises a wardrobe body, a partition board horizontally connected with the inner upper part of the wardrobe body, a rotary hanging rack mounted below the partition, rails made of a metal material and mounted at the upper and lower ends in the front of the wardrobe body, and wardrobe doors mounted on the rails in a sliding manner, wherein the part I, above the partition, of the space in the wardrobe body serves as a clothes placing wardrobe body; the part II, below the partition, of the space in the wardrobe body serves as a clothes hanging wardrobe body; the rotary hanging rack comprises two gears mounted below the partition, one or two hanging rack motors used for driving the gears, and a transmission belt connected between the gears; transmission teeth in meshed transmission with the gears are formed in the inner wall of the transmission belt; hanging holes used for hanging of clothes racks are formed in the lower part of the transmission belt. A temperature sensor used for detecting temperature and a controller used for controlling the hanging rack to rotate to a corresponding position according to the temperature are adopted, so that seasonal clothes are in the front of the wardrobe body, while clothes suitable for the other seasons are in the rear of the wardrobe body. Therefore, not only can more clothes be hung in the wardrobe, but also a user can select the clothes more conveniently.
