Tail door external-opening handle mounting structure integrated with automobile LOGO
The invention relates to a tail door external-opening handle mounting structure integrated with an automobile LOGO. The structure comprises a LOGO reinforcing plate and a tail door outer plate, wherein the LOGO reinforcing plate has a bowl-shaped structure with a certain radian and is welded with the tail outer plate through welding points when being in close fit with the tail door outer plate; mounting holes, locating holes and a threading hole are formed in the LOGO reinforcing plate; the threading hole is used for a wire harness to penetrate through; an external-opening handle integrated with the automobile LOGO is located and mounted on the LOGO reinforcing plate through the locating holes and the mounting holes; and an angle of 11 degrees is formed between the lower part of the tail door outer plate and a vertically downward vertical line. The tail door external-opening handle mounting structure integrated with the automobile LOGO, provided by the invention, is advantaged in that mounting points and moving spaces are provided to both the external-opening handle integrated with the LOGO and the wire harness; a grabbing space and a force applying carrier are provided to a customer during opening a tail door so that the tail door can be smoothly opened; outside substances such as dust, rainwater, noises and so on are effectively prevented from entering a vehicle so that the comfortable performance of the whole vehicle is improved; and through the adoption of a sheet metal structure and a resistance spot welding method, the part purchasing cost and the manufacturing cost are both reduced.
