Inorganic heat insulation material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an inorganic heat insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The inorganic heat insulation material comprises silicon dioxide, glass fiber, carboxymethyl cellulose, dichlorodifluoromethane, polystyrene resin, calcium hydroxide, dimethicone, coal ash and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (A) preparing for raw materials; (B) preparing a mixed material; (C) placing the glass fiber and carboxymethyl cellulose into a stirrer, and stirring; and (D) stirring the materials obtained in the steps (B) and (C) in the stirrer, and finally, molding slurry in a die molding machine, drying and demolding. The coal ash is used as a raw material, so that the inorganic heat insulation material is environment-friendly and economic; the preparation method is simple; the prepared heat insulation material is incapable of bringing hazards to human bodies and environments, convenient to transport and construct and good in heat insulation effect; and experiments prove that the heat conductivity coefficient is 0.05-0.25W/(m.K).
