Alkali-corrosion-resistant sagger and preparation method thereof
The embodiment of the invention provides an alkali-corrosion-resistant sagger and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of fire-resistant kiln furniture. The method includes the steps that 1, anhydrous magnesium chloride and alpha aluminium oxide are used as the base materials for filling and sintering so as to be combined into alumina-magnesia spinel, and the synthesized alumina-magnesia spinel is mixed with nano gamma aluminium oxide so that fine particles can be obtained; 2, particle matching mixing is conducted on coarse particles and the fine particles according to the proportion of 6:4, wherein the coarse particles account for 60%, the fine particles account for 40%, and the coarse particles comprise a mixture of electric smelting mullite and electric smelting fused alumina zirconia; 3, the mixed raw materials are placed into a thin film bag to be fastened after the air in the thin film bag is squeezed out, and compression molding is conducted under the action of anhydrous resin adhesives; 4, after blank subjected to compression molding is maintained for a preset period of time, the blank is kilned to be sintered, and accordingly a finished product is obtained. By means of the alkali-corrosion-resistant sagger and the preparation method thereof, the alkali corrosion resistance of the sagger can be effectively improved.
