PTC thermistor ceramic sintering saggar coating and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a PTC thermistor ceramic sintering saggar coating and a preparation method and application thereof. The formula of the coating comprises the following components in percentages by weight: 30% of Pb3O4, 24% of BaCO3, 28% of TiO2, 14% of ZrO, 2.3% of CaCO3 and 1.7% of SiO2. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing base materials and ball-milling into a sizing agent, drying the sizing agent and putting in a tunnel kiln for synthesis, then compounding and ball-milling to prepare a coating, and then performing twice sintering to obtain the coating. The coating is mainly applied to the inner surface of a PTC thermistor ceramic sintering saggar. The coating is prepared on the inner wall of the sintering saggar, and when a PTC thermistor ceramic plate is loaded, the coating blocks the direct contact between the PTC thermistor ceramic plate and a corundum-mullite mixed saggar, so that the chemical reaction of the PTC thermistor ceramic plate and the corundum-mullite mixed saggar is prevented, and then the quality of the PTC thermistor ceramic plate is guaranteed.
