The invention discloses a screed and a paving machine with the screed. The screed comprises a grillage, a base plate and a vibrating blade. The grillage and the base plate are encircled to form a box body. The vibrating blade is arranged in front of the box body. A heating body is paved on the base plate. The heating body is made of a metal material. The heating body is intertwined with multiple heater coils which are supplied with alternating current. By electromagnetic heating at the base plate of the screed, heat utilization rate is high and the whole screed can be heated rapidly and uniformly. In addition, the heating mode is environmentally friendly, will not cause pollution gases and is safe and reliable. Besides, as heat insulation sleeves sleeve the heater coils of the screed, the heater coils can be protected effectively, and service life of the heater coils can be prolonged.
