The invention discloses a suspending and pulling combined erection construction method and device. The suspending and pulling combined erection construction method comprises the following steps: a suspending cable (1) is erected and mounted at first, the upper ends of upper pulling cables (2) are connected with the suspending cable (1), a supporting structure (4) is connected to the lower ends of the upper pulling cables (2), and the upper ends of lower pulling cables (3) are connected with the supporting structure (4); then the lower pulling cables (3) are downwardly stretched to enable the suspending cable to be further stressed, so that the supporting structure (4) is preliminarily in place, and the upper pulling cables (2) and the lower pulling cables (3) are adjusted to enable the supporting structure (4) to be accurately in place; pouring or splicing of a bridge structure (5) is conducted on the supporting structure (4); when construction of the bridge structure (5) is completely finished, the lower pulling cables (3) and the upper pulling cables (2) are released step by step to complete unloading of the whole support; and finally, the lower pulling cables (3), the supporting structure (4), the upper pulling cables (2) and the suspending cable (1) are sequentially dismantled. According to the suspending and pulling combined erection construction method and device, the construction control difficulty can be reduced, the erection security is improved and the engineering investment is lowered.
