The invention provides a breathing-type multifunctional cleaning trolley which consists of a rotary mop (brush), a trolley frame and a dustbin. A pore brush, pore cloth or a pore plate is used to simply and conveniently clean the ground, and the cleaning trolley adapts to various environmental clean-keeping demands, centralized cleaning and spin-drying of dirty pore cloth are achieved and reserve pore cloth is prepared to achieve the purposes of being clean and saving both water and labor, the manual push-and-pull mode is adopted to clean indoor and outdoor small-area sites, and traction machinery can also be adopted to draw a vacuum pump to suck dust and a water pump to spray water or a cleaning agent so as to realize efficient ash and dust removing of large-area airports, roads and squares.
