A permeable type wave dissipation pipe used for an emergency type floating breakwater is of a cylindrical structure formed by assembling three 120-degree arc PVC sheets. Every two PVC sheets are in butt joint in a staggered-joint mode. Each staggered joint is in an inverse trapezoid shape. Through holes are evenly distributed in the PVC sheets. The three 120-degree arc PVC sheets are fixed through two annular fastening frames with rapid buckles.
