The invention discloses a construction method of a drainage body and solidified layer combined foundation structure, which comprises the steps of solidifying surface soil, inserting drainage bodies, laying a permeable sand-gravel cushion, and selecting to adopt a vacuum preloading drainage technology or a surcharge preloading drainage technology according to the types of the drainage bodies. With the adoption of the construction method, the treatment depth and the bearing capacity are high; particularly, post-construction settlement can be reduced greatly; the cost can be lowered greatly; and the construction method is applicable to sites, such as roadbeds of general road sections, warehousing yards, ordinary factory buildings and land used for greening, where the requirements on the post-construction settlement are relatively low.
