The invention relates to a pile-forming machine for semicircle connector piles. Soil bodies outside six stirring heads and inside a left half semicircle frame and a right half semicircle frame are cut through first stirring teeth and second stirring teeth on the left half semicircle frame and first stirring teeth and second stirring teeth on the right half semicircle frame during left-and-right movement and are mixed with cement paste; one cement semicircle connector pile with a concave semicircle end at the front end and a convex semicircle end at the back end is formed during downward pressing of a pressing rod; the convex semicircle ends of the multiple cement semicircle connector piles are inserted into the concave semicircle ends of the other adjacent cement semicircle connector piles, and therefore spigot fit of the multiple cement semicircle connector piles is formed. The pile-forming machine is used for seepage cutoff of building foundation pit underground water.
