Broaching anchor rod excavation construction method
The invention discloses a broaching anchor rod excavation construction method. A broaching anchor rod comprises an expansion head body, a bearing body, a rod body reinforcing steel bar, a steel cushion plate and a connection piece. The bearing body is arranged in the expansion head body and is connected with the rod body reinforcing steel bar. One end of the rod body reinforcing steel bar is connected with the steel cushion plate arranged in the connection piece. The other end of the rod body reinforcing steel bar is inserted in the expansion head body. The excavation construction includes the following steps that firstly, device testing must be conducted before start of work; secondly, a casing pipe and a drill stem are completed; thirdly, drilling is in place and casing pipe drilling is conducted; fourthly, broaching is conducted; and fifthly, the drill stem is taken out and anchorage is conducted. By means of the method, the maximum shearing stress of soil on the edge of a hole can be reduced, and the hole collapse probability can be lowered. In the broaching process, cement paste permeates to the soil layer outside the hole wall, a layer of cement gum can be formed on the hole wall, and the wall protection effect is achieved. Meanwhile, water inside the hole and water outside the hole are cut off, and the effect of stabilizing the water pressure in the hole is achieved. In addition, drilling residues can be effectively discharged through the cement paste with the large specific gravity, and the subsequent grouting quality can be improved.
