The invention discloses a toilet flushing device capable of pumping kitchen wastewater in vacuum. A water storage basin is divided into two basin bodies, each basin body is provided with a drain hole, a water storage tank is arranged under one basin body, the side face of the water storage tank is perforated be connected with a branch pipe, and the other basin body is provided with a drain pipe which is communicated with a leak hole. A vacuum tank is provided with a vacuum tank cover, and a seal ring is arranged between the vacuum tank and the vacuum tank cover; a drain hole is formed in the bottom of the vacuum tank and connected with a flush pipe, and an upper drain valve is installed in the flush pipe; one side face of the vacuum tank is perforated to be connected with an upper branch pipe, the other side face of the vacuum tank is provided with a liquid level barrel, an upper liquid level connection point is marked at the upper end of the liquid level barrel marks, and a lower liquid level connection point is marked at the lower end of the liquid level barrel; an air outlet is formed in the middle of the vacuum tank cover, and an air extracting pipe or an air extraction barrel of a vacuum pump can be placed in the air outlet. A water storage box is provided with a water storage box cover, a hole is formed in the water storage box cover and closely connected with a suction pipe, the suction pipe is connected with the upper branch pipe, and the water storage box is used for collecting water after washing face and clothes. The toilet flushing device has the automatic or manual function.
