The invention relates to a quick-heated intelligent toilet cleaning device. A heating module comprises a heating body housing and a heating filament; the heating module is connected with a circuit control module via a conductive screw; the heating module is connected between a water charging temperature sensor and a water discharging temperature sensor; a flow sensor is connected between a water current switch and the water charging temperature sensor; and an over-temperature protection module is connected with the circuit control module. By adopting a bare filament heating technology, the heating filament is in direct contact with water, the electricity-heat conversion rate can reach as high as 99%, the water temperature can be corrected to 0.5 DEG C, and the heating time is less than 1 second, so the quick-heated intelligent toilet cleaning device is energy-saving and efficient; in addition, water charging and discharging insulated hoses form a water charging and discharging electricity-proof wall, so water discharging voltage meets safety use standards; when water resistance is lower than a preset value due to water quality changes, a relay is disconnected, so product safety use can be guaranteed; and the quick-heated intelligent toilet cleaning device with simple structure and reasonable design is suitable for large-scale promotion.
