Method for quickly perforating hole and installing water inlet pipe in water pool
The invention provides a method for quickly perforating a hole and installing a water inlet pipe in a water pool. The method comprises steps of perforating a hole with the diameter larger than a water inlet pipeline in a water pool wall, processing the old concrete surface, digging a solid layer in the inner surface of a pore to enable reinforced bars and concrete to be exposed and cleaning the layer, configuring coating adhesion agent, burying a prefabricated waterproof casing pipe into the hole; inserting a to-be-buried water feeding steel pipe, assembling a seal ring, covering an end part gland, binding reinforcing bars between the old concrete and the waterproof casing pipe, connecting the waterproof casing pipe and the original reinforcing bars in the water pool wall, welding effective stress bearing joints, arranging wooden templates on two sides of the waterproof casing pipe, preserving space for funnel inlets on the wooden plates to support a funnel, evenly injecting rapid-condensing and hardening cement into the funnel to flow in space between the old concrete and the waterproof casing pipe, solidly filling the space, detaching the cementproof wooden plates and the wooden funnel, and adjusting fastening bolts and nuts. Water pool perforating and water inlet pipe installation can be finished in short time when the water pool is shut down.
