The invention relates to the inner insulation wall comprising a wall body layer, an acoustic panel and a sound-absorbing cotton layer from inside-out; the sound-absorbing cotton layer is nested on a steel keel; one end, close to the wall body layer, of the steel keel is connected with the wall body through connectors. The sound-absorbing cotton layer is nested on the steel keel; the inner insulation wall is good in insulation effect, simple in structure, and low in cost; the acoustic panel is arranged between the wall body layer and the sound-absorbing cotton layer, so the insulation wall can have insulation function and sound-absorbing function.
