Disassembly-free reinforced concrete internal and external wall formwork thermal-insulation integrated system and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a disassembly-free reinforced concrete internal and external wall formwork thermal-insulation integrated system and a construction method thereof. The disassembly-free reinforced concrete internal and external wall formwork thermal-insulation integrated system comprises ball steel bars, and the outer sides of the wall steel bars are connected with an energy-saving type embedded light external wall board through connecting parts. The inner sides of the wall steel bars are connected with an energy-saving type embedded light internal wall board through connecting parts, and when single external wall thermal insulation is performed, for an internal wall formwork, the inner sides of the wall steel bars are directly connected with a steel formwork or bamboo plywood. An external wall formwork secondary back ridge and an internal wall formwork secondary back bridge are arranged on the other side of the energy-saving type embedded light external wall board and the other side of the energy-saving type embedded light internal wall board or the steel formwork or the bamboo plywood respectively, and the external wall formwork secondary back ridge, the internal wall formwork secondary back ridge and structures between the external wall formwork secondary back ridge and the internal wall formwork secondary back ridge are tensioned through formwork split bolts and internal and external formwork main back ridges. The integrated system has the advantages of being easy and convenient to construct and short in construction period and reducing the construction cost; fireproofness, falling, durability and material compatibility of a traditional external wall thermal insulation system are achieved.
