Assembly-integral type non-reinforced concrete ribbed floor and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an assembly-integral type non-reinforced concrete ribbed floor and a construction method thereof. The floor comprises steel plate beams forming a grillage girder, and prefabricated plates installed on the grillage girder. The cross section of the steel plate beams is in a U shape. Quadrangular antiskid connecting pieces are fixed to the inner sides of the U-shaped steel plate beams at intervals. The four corners of the grillage girder are connected with frame columns on the periphery. The antiskid connecting pieces are arranged on the inner sides of the steel plate beams in the length direction at intervals in a spot welding mode. The longitudinal steel plate beams and the transverse steel plate beams are spliced into the perpendicularly-intersecting grillage girder which is connected with the frame columns on the periphery. The prefabricated plates are installed on all the turned edges of the grillage girder. Finally, concrete is poured in the U-shaped steel plate beams. Due to the fact that the area span of the prefabricated plates is small, the plate thickness can be reduced to about half of the thickness of an ordinary reinforced concrete floor; due to the fact that the height of the U-shaped steel plate beams is smaller than the beam height of a traditional same-span reinforced concrete floor, the deadweight of the floor is remarkably lowered, and the structural height of the floor is effectively decreased; the floor is convenient and rapid to construct on site, free of any formworks, green and environmentally friendly.
