The invention relates to a stay-in-place precast concrete heat-preservation frame column mould, belonging to the field of building materials. The mould comprises a heat-preservation board, wherein a concrete protective layer is arranged on the outer side of the heat-preservation board, the heat-preservation board is connected with concrete on the outer side through a steel mesh frame, the heat-preservation board, the concrete protective layer on the outer side and the steel mesh frame are bonded to form a whole body, bayonets are formed at two ends of the concrete protective layer on the outer side, the concrete protective layer on the outer side is connected with a U-shaped concrete protective layer through the bayonets to form a precast outer frame mould of a frame column, a flat steel mesh is arranged in the U-shaped concrete protective layer, and a plurality of trapezoid truncated cones are uniformly distributed at one side of the surface of the U-shaped concrete protective layer.
