The invention discloses a PVC foaming double-faced extrusion sheet material comprising an upper high-density PVC layer, a middle foaming PVC layer and a lower high-density PVC layer. The upper high-density PVC layer, the middle foaming PVC layer and the lower high-density PVC layer are orderly from top to down; the upper high-density PVC layer, the middle foaming PVC layer and the lower high-density PVC layer are hot-pressed to form an integral structure; the upper high-density PVC layer and the lower high-density PVC layer are both in a corrosion-resistant PVC sheet structure; the middle foaming PVC layer is in a foaming hollow grid structure; the middle part is foaming PVC, so product tenacity is increased, weight is lowered, heat radiating effect is enhanced and deformation can be prevented; the two side parts are both high-density PVC layers to increase product impact resistance and use efficiency and to reduced construction cost; with a purpose of environment protection, large traditional wooden building templates are replaced, so forest resource is protected; deficiencies that the traditional wooden templates are easily affected by fires, water and insects can be overcome; and the use rate can be greatly improved.
