The invention belongs to the technical field of desert controlling, and particularly to a method for radically controlling desert. The method comprises the steps of controlling in a blocked manner; establishing a path, a water path and a circuit; establishing horizontal square lands; establishing an anti-earthquake cell; and establishing a booth and a small pool. In the established horizontal square land which is controlled in the blocked manner and is provided with a road, a water path and a circuit, desert roads and desert railways are built. Two sides of each desert road or the desert rail are respectively provided with a roadside wall. The top of the roadside wall is provided with a groove which is internally provided with a water pipe. The inside or outside of the roadside wall is provided with holes. Each hole is internally provided with an electric pole. The blocked controlling is characterized in that a plurality of parallel railways penetrate through the desert for dividing the desert into a plurality of large rectangular blocks; the large rectangular block is divided into small blocks of desert lands by roads; and the small blocks of desert lands are respectively controlled. The road, the water path and the circuit are established. The method of the invention can be used for changing the desert to an oasis, thereby turning the desert into a place which is suitable for living by mankind.
