The invention discloses a planar pressure bearing component and a lock with the planar pressure bearing component. The lock comprises a bearing shell, surface ring concave groove type flat gaskets and a planar pressing bearing. The upper side and the lower side of the planar pressure bearing are each provided with one surface ring concave groove type flat gasket. The side, making contact with the planar pressure bearing, of each surface ring concave groove type flat gasket is provided with a concave groove type flat gasket slide way. Steel balls of the planar pressure bearing slide in each flat gasket slide way. According to the lock with the planar pressure bearing component, due to the fact that the steel balls of the planar pressure bearing rotate when a square hole shifting fork rotates, friction between metal faces is greatly reduced, the service life of the lock is longer, the hand feeling is better, noise is lower, particularly, rotation of the pressure bearing is not affected by panel deformation caused by external force impact when riveting of a panel machine is performed in the assembly period, and the whole lock can be normally used; the lock is kept in an optimal state all the time, and a guarantee is provided for production and life.
