The baffle (4), the electromagnet (2) and the special-shaped connecting rod (3) are arranged on the fixing plate (1). The device has the characteristics of being convenient to operate, easy to assemble, reliable in safety, wide in suitability and the like; the device can effectively prevent a thief from opening the lock outdoors by means of various technical unlocking tools or key twisting and damaging tools, and the defect that the anti-theft effect is poor due to the fact that a lock cylinder and a lock container are likely to be directly drawn out is eradicated.
