The invention discloses a manufacturing die of a wardrobe door. The manufacturing die comprises screws and a positioning mechanism. The positioning mechanism comprises large rectangular pipes and small pipes and provided with the four large rectangular pipes. The internal diameters of the large rectangular pipes are matched with external diameters of the small pipes. The large rectangular pipes and the small pipes are fixed by screws. The manufacturing method of the wardrobe door comprises the process of splicing aluminum alloy frame bodies of five frame openings and four mutually-independent modules. The four mutually-independent modules are arranged on the aluminum alloy frame bodies by means of self-tapping screws. The frame openings of the aluminum alloy frame bodies are sealed. The manufacturing method comprises steps: measuring data of aluminum material, determining parameters, setting up a database, calculating necessary data, producing the independent modules and assembling. The die for freely cutting independent modules provided by the invention is capable of decreasing labor intensity and reducing complicated operation for measuring boards by calculating acquired data based on a cutting formula. The die can be regulated at will and adjusted according to needs of different clients and can be repeatedly used.
