The invention relates to a combined drainage blind pipe capable of being maintained. The combined drainage blind pipe comprises a double-wall permeable corrugated pipe and a fiber porous C-type core pipe embedded inside the double-wall permeable corrugated pipe. Based on the basic working principle, in geotechnical engineering, underground water containing minerals and other micro-particles flows through the embedded combined drainage blind pipe capable of being maintained for a long time, so that water scales are formed inside the fiber porous C-type core pipe. When the size of the water scales inside the pipe reach a certain degree and hinder drainage of the blind pipe, the water scales inside the pipe are removed through replacing the fiber porous C-type core pipe, and therefore it is guaranteed that the blind pipe achieves long-term smooth drainage. In addition, the replaced fiber porous C-type core pipe can still be used in a circulated mode after the scales are removed through cleaning.
