The invention relates to a passive building environment-friendly circulation recycling system. The passive building environment-friendly circulation recycling system comprises a solar power generation device, a geothermal power generation device, a wind energy power generation device, a storage battery set, an insulating layer, a water circulation heat supply device, a waste water processing device, a water pump and a water storage device. Geothermal power generation, solar power generation, wind energy power generation and other energy with the infinite development value are gathered to provide a thermal source and energy for the interior of a passive building jointly; meanwhile, the water circulation heat supply device is of an H-shaped split structure, the heat dissipation effect can be effectively improved, and the thermal efficiency of the interior of the passive building is improved; in addition, the insulating layer of a multi-layer structure is arranged, even in cold winter, and the energy loss in the passive building can be effectively reduced; and in addition, a waste water processing device is arranged, the utilization rate of water resources is increased, and environment friendliness is better facilitated.
